Why most websites need this fix
People increasingly ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity instead of scrolling a page of search results. Those assistants read the page your server sends. Most of them do not run JavaScript, and they lean on signals built for machines rather than people: structured data that says what a business is and does, a main heading that says what each page is about, descriptions of images, and a clear page title and summary.
Most websites were built for human eyes and are missing exactly those things. The defects are rarely deliberate. They come from page builders that leave fields blank, SEO plugins configured on the homepage and nowhere else, and content that only appears after a script runs. Two examples from our own crawls:
- A Maryland home-care site where most interior pages had no main heading, and no page had breadcrumb markup at all.
- A jewellery retailer with 27 category pages whose titles only exist after JavaScript runs — so an AI crawler sees pages with no title.
Neither site looked broken to a visitor. Both were close to invisible to the assistants.
How GEO Guard works
1. Measure every page
Our crawler scores each page out of 100 and averages them, weighting the homepage. Separately, we ask the four major AI assistants real buying questions and record whether they name the business.
2. Sort every fix by who should decide
- Routine structural fixes — structured data, official page addresses, summary files for AI assistants — are applied under the service agreement and logged in full, where the customer can always see them.
- Anything a customer's audience will read — titles, search summaries, headings, image descriptions — is shown side by side with what the page says today, and changes only when the customer approves that one item.
- Real work — thin pages, new content — becomes a written proposal. It never happens automatically.
3. Fix defects, never preferences
A missing heading is a defect. How a company styles its own name is a decision, and Guard leaves it alone.
4. Change the page itself
Fixes go into the HTML the server sends — not a script layered on top, because a script-only fix is invisible to most AI crawlers. On WordPress sites that happens through our plugin. On static sites Guard edits the files over an encrypted connection. On PHP sites a small runtime applies fixes as each page is sent, without touching the site's templates.
5. Keep every change reversible and verified
Each change is recorded with a copy of what was there before, checked on the live page, and can be undone. Guard never invents facts: no made-up addresses, and no fabricated questions and answers.
Measured in public: the ledger
Every site GEO Guard works on appears on our public ledger, month by month, including weak months. No business is ever named: each row shows its type of business and a unique id, so a customer can find their own row and nobody else can tell whose it is. Site health is labelled as covering every change on the site, not only ours. AI visibility is shown even when it has not moved — it usually moves over months, not weeks.
We build and measure our own first
RSAAID builds its own websites and the live websites of all three RHC companies — RSAAIDrive AI, NurseFlows AI and Dreamyne AI. Each one is measured by the Engine, maintained by GEO Guard and added to the ledger, labelled as RSAAID-run and never presented as a customer. The method is proven first on sites we are accountable for.

RSAAID LLC and RSAAID Holdings Corporation (RHC) are separate, affiliated companies — by design, and neither will be rolled into the other.

Each vertical company is capitalized on its own, and its lead investors choose its management team. RSAAID LLC designs each vertical's architecture and builds it under a Master Development and IP Agreement covering current and future builds.
